Delivery

 

Delivery is within NEW ZEALAND ONLY. Arnold Products will not ship internationally. 

Mon 2nd Dec - CLOSED we have Westland Anniversary here on the Coast, please allow an extra working day for dispatch of your orders as our couriers will not be collecting that day, and there will be a backlog to catchup with a short week at this busy time of year.

Christmas trading hours
As always, please organise your orders ahead of silly season.

Couriers
Our deliveries are made by independent courier companies. We use PBT for our dangerous goods, North Island freight and items under 5Kg. Locally we use Grey Valley couriers for the West Coast and Big Als freight for Greymouth & Hokitika. We also use Courier Post for other deliveries throughout the South Island. Our sales consultants carry limited stock, they may have items on board you need that they are able to deliver if they are in your area at the time, get in contact with them to enquire. 

Track & Trace 
Your items can be traced online, if you haven't recieved an email with your tracking numbers from our automated PBlink system please contact us for these details or for assistance with this. 

Freight rates 
We have a standard freight charge per order, not dependent on quantity ordered. 
Retail/personal account is $16 per order 

If you have a business/trade account you need to be logged in to access trade rates below:

• South Island $13 per order on courier

• North Island $16 per order on courier

• Where possible we will apply a small parcel rate for account holders of $5.50 on single package orders that weigh a total of 5kg & under.

• Local to Factory (Greymouth & Hokitika) $5 per order on courier

• Ex van deliveries local (Greymouth/Hokitika) $2.5, South Island $3.50 per order (may be applied where on normal delivery run).

• Collected orders will have no surcharges Some DG items to rural areas may incur extra freight charges or may not be able to be delivered. In this case you will be contacted prior to dispatch of your order with options provided by our couriers.

Delivery times 

  • Local deliveries (Central Greymouth & Hokitika).
    Orders received by 11am they will be dispatched and delivered same day for normal stocked lines.
  • North Island
    Orders received before 3pm will be dispatched that day. Delivery is usually within 5 working Days.
  • South Island
    Orders received before 3pm will be dispatched that day. Delivery is usually within 2 working Days.
  • Rural Area Deliveries
    May take up to 2 additional days.
  • Dangerous goods freight
    Some products a classed as dangerous goods. To comply with Land Transport Laws, these items will be sent separately to your order and May take up to 2 additional days.

    Dangerous goods freight over Christmas
    Please order Dangerous goods products well in advance and we advise to keep a spare in stock.
    There will be no freight going across the cook straight 1 week prior and 1 week post Christmas, and reduced around the South Island as it competes with the high demand for food transport at this time of year.
     
  • Holiday Season, Public Holidays and Weekends
    Our courier service does not deliver on Public holidays or during weekends

    Christmas hours
    We only close on stat days (25th, 26th, 1st & 2nd).
    We will be operating with skeleton staff in between Christmas & New Year (27th, 28th & 29th).   We advise to order in advance.

Damaged items 
All of our items are checked before dispatch and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. If you receive your goods and they are damaged, do not take receipt of the goods or sign for them. The courier will then return the goods to Arnold Products. The customer MUST notify Arnold Products within 24 hours if this occurs. Failure to do so may result in the customer being liable for the goods. We will arrange prompt corrective action and resend your order.
