QC is a water-based alkali and solvent multi-purpose cleaner and sanitiser. It is designed for use in food processing areas such as meat, fish and poultry.
QC is formulated to dissolve grease and fats and contains a sanitiser that will leave the surface clean and sterile. QC contains surfactants that make it excellent as a foamer in foaming cleaning applications. Arnold Products can provide information and equipment if you are unfamiliar with foam cleaning applications.
QC is a well-proven, industrial product that is used in many food-processing plants with great success.

- MPI APPROVED
QC is MPI approved for use in food, beverage, dairy, meat, fish and poultry processing plants. MPI approved category C31.
- Alkali Cleaner
QC is a powerful alkali cleaner that works effectively on the fats and greases associated with food processing.
- Solvent Cleaner
QC contains solvents that work on removing stubborn greasy dirt that is unaffected by normal alkali chemicals.
- Dispersing Chemicals
QC contains dispersing chemicals that prevent the re-deposition of dirt back onto the surface. This facilitates effective cleaning and rinsing.
- Sanitiser
QC contains an alkyl benzyldimethylammonium chloride sanitiser that is effective against a wide range of bacteria, yeasts and moulds.
- Easy Application
As a liquid, it is easily added to the wash water solution and requires no special pre-mixing conditions. It is often included, with in-line dilution, directly to the detergent delivery system.
Application: light usage eg spray and wipe 10mls/1L, heavy usage for greasy floors or heavy duty cleaning 20-30mls/1L
